Vintage 2012 Was A Crackerjack In Terms Of Slow, Steady Ripening With Sufficient Sunlight And Warm Autumn Days To Maximise The Potential Of The Moderate Cropping Vines. A Portion Of The Best Fruit Was Reserved For New French And American Oak Barrels. It Was Harvested A Week Later Than Normal So As To Gain More Colour And Sugar.
